Laura Capps

Laura Capps is a Santa Barbara School board member noted for her virulent support of Teen Talk a brutal and vicious sex ed course, and Just Communities, a race based course decrying America, American culture and all people who are not of dark complexioned shin colors. Many call this race training for school children, supported by tax dollars.
