Half of Illegals Vote in California CD26

Here's video from the recent Pot Farm raid in Camarillo, where ICE agents were attacked. shot at as they arrested 360 illegal alien employees. Including 14 unaccompanied children working off their cartel debts with multiple rapists, car thieves and other violent felons. Turns out many of these fine people are also voting in federal elections.

Summary

Regardless of good intentions, US election laws cannot continue to be ignored by these California districts. Section 303(a) of the HAVA, 52 U.S.C § 21083(a)(2), and Section 8 of the NVRA, 53 U.S.C. § 20507(a)(4),  need enforcing in CACD24 and CD26. 

Background - Election Fraud 2020

"I am Thomas Cole JD I run an election data company Analytics805.com, and I ran for congress in 2024 in CACD24, which is Santa Barbara county and some parts of Ventura County of which the town Oxnard is a part of. In 2020 we noticed a huge increase of voters in the Santa Barbara and Ventura districts, with 30,000 new voters from out of nowhere.  I contacted the registrars in both counties asking for data on who these new voters were, citing Section 303(a)(2)(B) of HAVA but they refused to produce any data.

  Flash forward to 2025-  I attend GOP events and recently at  a GOP/conservative event in Carpinteria, CA,  (site of the recent Pot Farm raids that turned into riots as they arrested 360 illegal alien workers). At this Carpinteria political meeting there was a new candidate for congress, Sam Gallucci running for CACD26, who was a guest speaker. Pastor Gallucci is also a pastor at an Oxnard church called  the Embrace Church, a 501C3. His church caters to illegal aliens in the Oxnard/Carpinteria areas and his stated goal is "to assist them and grant them amnesty as soon as possible." At this meeting Sam Gallucii was speaking of the many hundreds of illegals aliens his church caters to. In particular he mentioned that at least half of them vote. 

US Election Laws - Impossible Election Results

This of course flies in the face of  United States law that requires citizenship as a qualification to register and vote in federal elections. (18 U.S.C. §§ 1015 and 611. 13) And of course United States citizenship is a qualification to register and vote in California so.. I want to bring this to your offices attention as I believe there is a great deal of non citizen voting in our farming areas and CA in general. Many of our districts contain 40%  illegals and yet turnout is above the number of known citizen voters in these federal congressional district elections. The numbers do not make sense. Elections here take upwards of 30 days to complete, and the favored candidates numbers rise significantly during the 30 plus days of "voting".

Pot Farms - Illegal Voters

Districts CACD24 and CACD26 are of particular concern as we have studied these farming districts that also contain numerous anti ICE NGOs that are lavishly funded by the coastal elite. The election numbers that we have studied seem impossible, empty dorms voting a 75% turnout, 40,000 new voters just showing up in the district, all for one party. Yet our registrars in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties refuse to open the data and refuse to clear out the voting roles, or even make them available for inspection.

Conclusions - Solutions

WE could use help in our area as the recent Pot FArm raid exposed how many illegals are working, and voting across our congressional districts, CACD24 and CACD26. I write and research on these topics frequently and this admission by a public candidate (Sam GAllucci) has really grabbed my attention.
