In his Santa Barbara district Carbajal has consistently killed jobs for northern county Mexicans, while taking big donations from his south county white donors. Like many politicians, talking out of both sides of his mouth, Carbajal decries America as a racist nation and whites as the culprits, while hobnobbing with his white backers and enjoying his lowly station in life as a member of our USA Congress.
